OUR APPROACH

Our Approach to Wellbeing‎ & Community Safety

At PACS, we recognise that many individuals and families face interconnected challenges including mental health concerns, alcohol and other drug use, and domestic and family violence. These issues rarely exist in isolation and are often shaped by trauma, social circumstances and cultural disconnection. Through a holistic, wrap-around approach, we work alongside trusted partners to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed support that promotes early intervention, healing and long-term wellbeing.

Through mentoring and leadership programs, we support young people and families to build confidence, life skills and healthy coping strategies, helping to reduce isolation, harmful behaviours and cycles of abuse or dependency. By connecting individuals with specialist mental health, alcohol and drug, counselling and domestic violence services, PACS aims to strengthen not only individual outcomes, but the safety, resilience and cultural wellbeing of the broader Pasifika community.
